Lockheed Martin Declares Quarterly Dividend of 22 Cents

The Lockheed Martin
Corporation (NYSE: LMT) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly
dividend on the Corporation’s common stock of 22 cents per share.

The dividend is payable Sept. 30, 2004 to holders of record on Sept. 1,
2004.

Headquartered in Bethesda, Md., Lockheed Martin employs about 130,000
people worldwide and is principally engaged in the research, design,
development, manufacture and integration of advanced technology systems,
products and services. The Corporation reported 2003 sales of $31.8 billion.
