Mobile Satellite Ventures (MSV) announces the availability of two new vehicle mounted repeater products that operate with the MSAT-G2 Mobile Satellite Radio.  Together these products address interoperability (which enables users to communicate across multiple networks) one of the key communications ‘must haves’ for public safety and emergency response personnel. MSV is proud to partner with two organizations which are also committed to developing products to meet the ever changing needs of these dedicated first responders.

SV300 MobileRepeater – CPI Communications:  The SV300 is a compact control unit that, when used with a standard mobile radio and the MSAT-G2 forms a cross band repeater.  This allows the use of MSV’s Two-Way Radio service both in a vehicle (using the MSAT-G2 PTT microphone) and outside the vehicle (using a standard handheld radio).  The SV300 can be used with practically any brand or model of mobile or handheld radio.  For additional product information contact CPI Communications.941 Hensley Lane, Wylie, Texas 75098, 1-866-869-9128.  www.cpicomm.com

MSAT-200 Satellite Interface Module – Pyramid Communications:  The MSAT-200 integrates the MSAT-G2 to the popular Pyramid Communications SVR-200 vehicle mounted repeater. Plug and play installation with no adjustments or modifications necessary.  This cost effective solution provides on scene conventional portable radio coverage through MSV’s MSAT Two-Way Radio Service.  For additional product information contact Pyramid Communications, 15182 Triton Lane, Suite #102, Huntington Beach, CA 92649 USA, 714-901-5462.  www.pyramidcomm.com.
