Integral Systems Europe (ISE), a wholly owned subsidiary of Integral Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISYS) , announced today that it has signed a yearly renewable contract to support the Polar Mission Control System (MCS) over the next 15 years with the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT).

Integral Systems Europe delivered the MCS as a subcontract to Thales Alenia Space. The MCS includes four systems at two different sites and has been in operation since October 2005. This long-term agreement is a direct contract with EUMETSAT.

“Following the successful launch and commissioning of the Metop-A satellite, and based on this positive experience, we are pleased that ISE will provide long-term direct support to the Metop MCS,” said Yves Buhler, Head of the Maintenance and Engineering Division in EUMETSAT’s Operations Department.

“We are extremely proud to become a long-term partner to EUMETSAT as a result of our performance providing the Metop MCS,” said Bruno Dupas, President of Integral Systems Europe. “We look forward to working with EUMETSAT to expand the MCS for future missions.”
