Gen. Howell M. Estes III
(USAF Retired) has joined the board of directors of Analytical Graphics, Inc.
(AGI), the developer of STK analysis and visualization software. Estes, who
is currently the president of Howell Estes & Associates, Inc., retired from
the U.S. Air Force in 1998 after serving for 33 years. At that time, he was
the commander in chief of the North American Aerospace Defense Command
(NORAD), commander in chief of the U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM), and
commander of the Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), all headquartered at
Peterson Air Force Base, CO. The firm Estes now leads provides consulting
services to CEOs, presidents, and general managers of aerospace and
telecommunications firms worldwide.

As the chief commander of NORAD, Estes was responsible for the air
sovereignty of the United States and Canada. At USSPACECOM, he directed the
coordination of Army, Navy, and Air Force space forces including launch and
on-orbit operation of Department of Defense (DoD) satellites and their support
to military forces of the United States and its allies. At AFSPC, he headed
the military organization that provides air forces for space missions directed
by the president of the United States and the U.S. secretary of defense.

“We are pleased to welcome General Estes to our board,” said Paul
Graziani, president and CEO of AGI. “Not only does he have tremendous
background and experience in our community, but he is a visionary who has
always understood and advocated the importance of commercial space technology
and its role in national security.”

Estes also serves as vice chairman of the board of trustees at The
Aerospace Corporation, and sits on the boards of directors for the U.S. Space
Foundation, SpaceDev, The Air Force Academy Foundation, Master Solutions, and
the Colorado Springs affiliate of the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation.
