Former Congressman Bob Walker Comments on the Russian’s Actions in Space
Washington DC, 18nd November 2021 – Congressman Robert Walker (ret.), the former Chairman of the House Science, Space and Technology Committee, today called the Russian test of an anti-satellite weapon “grotesquely irresponsible.” Walker said we should take some lessons from this incident. First, the Russians have every intention of militarizing space. Second, we need to move aggressively to develop ways to clean up space debris.
