Dr. Susan Herbulock promoted to General Manager, Enterprise Ground and Launch Division, Aerospace Corporation

The Aerospace Corporation announced today the promotion of Dr. Susan Herbulock to the position of general manager in the new Enterprise Ground and Launch Division (EGLD), effective immediately.
 
Herbulock succeeds Judy Peach, who recently retired as general manager for the Launch and Satellite Control Division (LSCD). In addition to the previous LSCD responsibilities, EGLD will be responsible for support to Enterprise Ground Systems.
 
Herbulock was previously the principal director for Advanced Extremely High Frequency Systems in the company’s Military Satellite Communications Systems Division.
 
Herbulock joined Aerospace in 1997 as a member of the technical staff in the Photonics Technology Department and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the Engineering and Technology Group, the MILSATCOM Division, and the Space-Based Infrared Surveillance progam.
 
Herbulock holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Juniata College and a doctorate in physical chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to coming to Aerospace, Herbulock conducted postdoctoral research at University of California Santa Barbara in 1996.
