Boeing to Release Fourth-Quarter Financial Results on Feb. 2

The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] will release its 2004 fourth-quarter and full-year financial results at 6:30 a.m. Central Time, on Wednesday, Feb. 2. Boeing Capital Corporation results also will be released at that time.

A conference call presentation to securities analysts and the news media regarding the financial and company outlook will be broadcast on the Internet at 9:30 a.m. Central Time. Boeing participants will be President and CEO Harry Stonecipher and Executive Vice President and CFO James Bell.

The financial release will be posted on Boeing’s home page; the general public may visit that site for the webcast of the conference call with analysts. The company presentation will include a series of charts plus the question and answer session with analysts.
