Boeing to Release Fourth Quarter Earnings on Jan. 30

The Boeing Company will release
its 2002 fourth quarter and full year financial results at 7:30 a.m. Central
Standard Time, on Thursday, Jan. 30.

A conference call presentation to securities analysts and the news media
regarding the financial and company outlook will be broadcast on the Internet
at 9:30 a.m. Central Standard Time. Boeing participants will be Chairman and
CEO Phil Condit and Executive Vice President and CFO Mike Sears.

The financial release will be posted on Boeing’s home page at
www.boeing.com; the general public may visit that site for the webcast of the
conference call with analysts. The company presentation will include a series
of charts plus the question and answer session with analysts. Individuals are
