Boeing Awards $15 Million Extension to Space Station Engineering Support Contract

MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd.
announced today that the company’s U.S. Information Systems
subsidiary, Dynacs Inc. has received a $15 million (CDN) contract extension
from Boeing for engineering work in support of the International Space Station
Program.

The extension is for services provided from October 2003 to September 30,
2004.

Dynacs President Cliff Cagle said: “This contract extension reinforces
the confidence Boeing has in our experience and the depth of our capabilities.
We look forward to delivering the same high level of engineering work that
Boeing has come to rely on.”

The contract involves systems integration, systems engineering, software,
and avionics for the International Space Station.
