ATK Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

ATK (NYSE: ATK) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per share. The dividend will be payable December 11, 2014, to stockholders of record as of November 19, 2014.
