Arianespace flight: 146 The Ariane 4 takes shape

The second large liquid booster was prepared for mating to the Ariane 4’s
first stage today as the launcher continues to take shape in the vertical
assembly building.

This marks the fourth day of launch campaign activity for Flight 146, and
the Ariane 4 is well advanced in its assembly. The campaign kicked off on
Friday, October 29 with first stage’s erection on the mobile launch table.
The second stage was installed atop the launcher on Monday, October 29.
