Arianespace announces changes in management team

Following the meeting of the Arianespace Board of Directors today in Evry, company Chairman & CEO Jean-Yves Le Gall announced the following appointments, which will take effect on April 15, 2009.

Francoise Bouzitat named Deputy Director General.

Mrs. Bouzitat was previously Senior Vice President, Finance.

Jean Max Puech named Senior Vice President, Finance.

Mr. Puech was previously Vice President, Finance, and takes over the position held until now by Mrs. Bouzitat.

Jacques Breton named Senior Vice President, Sales & Customers.

Mr. Breton was previously Head of the technical support and business development unit in the Sales & Customers Directorate. He succeeds to Philippe Berterottiere, who is leaving the company.
