Andrews Space Selected As Marshall Space Flight Center’s Woman Owned Business Of The Year

Andrews Space announced
today that it was selected as NASA/Marshall Space Flight
Center’s Woman Owned Business of the Year. Andrews has also
recently won several NASA contracts, including one to define
a vision and architecture for human missions to the Moon
and exploration of Mars including the Crew Exploration Vehicle
(CEV), as well as a Small Business Innovation Research grant
to design and flight-test a Variable Drag Ballute.

Andrews Space is a team member with the Marshall Space Flight
Center in defining and developing new space transportation
and access to space technology. Because of their significant
involvement, Marshall has selected Andrews Space Inc. as
the Center’s “Woman Owned Business of the Year.”

The company’s CEO Marian Joh said, “We’re thrilled to be
selected for such an honor and look forward to playing a
significant role in helping to shape NASA’s future and the
future of space transportation.”
