MALVERN, PA (November 19, 2002)—Analytical
Graphics, Inc.’s (AGI) Satellite Tool Kit- (STK) has been
designated a “Certified Space Technology” by the Space
Foundation, an organization that promotes space awareness.
As a developer of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) analysis
and visualization software for the aerospace community, AGI
received this prestigious seal of approval for the way in which
its space technology enhances the lives of citizens here on
Earth. Other “Space Certified” products include Tempur-
Pedic® Sleep Surfaces, Fisher Space Pens®, and Challenger
Learning Centers.

“For the past 13 years, AGI has demonstrated how our
commercially available analysis and visualization software is

provide valuable, day-to-day operational and decision support
information. STK enables tens of thousands of users to make
the most informed decisions that, in the end, each affect the
public,” said Paul Graziani, AGI’s president and CEO. “We
are pleased that our technology has been recognized by the
Space Foundation and are proud to accept the organization’s
certification seal for our STK software suite.”

“As supporters of the practical utilization of space for the past
two decades, the Space Foundation is pleased to recognize
the valuable, pioneering efforts of companies like AGI,” said
Steve Eisenhart, vice president of policy and public affairs for
the Space Foundation. “The capabilities of the STK software
demonstrate a perfect example of how mankind currently
benefits from today’s space technologies and how our future
generations can leverage these successful endeavors, as
well.”

The analytical and visual applications of STK software are far
reaching and offer complex, real-world solutions in areas such
as satellite communications; national security initiatives;
space science missions; remote sensing; spacecraft anomaly
resolutions and deorbits; and public awareness efforts. For
