Alan Stern, Donald Tringali and Kenneth Dorushka Join Paragon’s Board of Directors

TUCSON, Arizona: June 27, 2012 – Paragon Space Development Corporation(R), a premier provider of environmental controls for extreme and hazardous environments, announces the addition of Alan Stern, Donald Tringali and Kenneth Dorushka to its Board of Directors.

Dr. Stern is a planetary scientist, space program executive and aerospace consultant who has authored over 200 technical papers and 40 popular articles. He is the Associate Vice President at the Southwest Research Institute and is the Principal Investigator on several of NASA’s space mission programs.

He has an exemplary record in the space industry having served as NASA’s chief of all space and Earth science programs, directing a $4.4B organization with 93 separate flight missions and a program of over 3,000 research grants. Alan now supports private sector, in providing reliable cost effective services that can increase the value and leverage of government space budgets.” said Taber MacCallum, CEO.

Mr. Tringali is the Chairman of the Board of National Technical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTSC), a leading engineering and testing firm that serves clients in the aerospace, defense, ,telecom, commercial space and energy markets. He is also a director of Caribbean Broadcast Network as well as a principal of August Advisory Group, Inc. Mr. Tringali is a current member of the State Bar of California and continues to advise companies on a wide variety of business matters.

Mr. Dorushka brings with him a diverse background of leadership, business development and corporate responsibilities for global corporations such as AT&T. He was most currently the Sales Vice President for Agere Systems.
