AIA Elects Officers For 2003

Vance D. Coffman,
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation, has
been named Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Aerospace
Industries Association, effective January 1, 2003.

Alan R. Mulally, Executive Vice President, The Boeing Company,
President & Chief Executive Officer, Commercial Airplanes, has been
named Vice Chairman of the Board. John W. Douglass was re-elected
President & Chief Executive Officer of the Aerospace Industries
Association and George F. Copsey was re-elected Secretary-Treasurer.
