Actel Space Forum Lands in India

Today, Actel Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTL) announced the successful conclusion of Actel Space Forum (ASF) 2009 in Bangalore, India. The invitation-only forum was held last week on May 21 and attended by over 130 design engineers, scientists, and managers serving India’s growing space industry. It included in-depth technical presentations from both Actel and Aeroflex Gaisler AB, highlighting the companies’ radiation-tolerant FPGAs, development tools, and IP roadmaps for space. Also discussed were design techniques to optimize power consumption, timing performance, and utilization of device resources. Updates on radiation, qualification, reliability and packaging technology were also provided.
