1st Aviation Week – Toulouse Symposium Focuses On Globalization Challenges and Solutions for Aviation, Aerospace and Space Leaders

Airbus President & CEO Noel Forgeard and Boeing Commercial Airplanes President & CEO Alan Mulally Discuss Future of Civil Aircraft Market

As the growth of cross-border alliances spurs the rapid
globalization of the aviation, aerospace and space industries, the
aerospace capital of Europe, Toulouse, France, will host with Aviation
Week a new executive-level event bringing together industry leaders to
discuss new ideas and to solve existing challenges.

A highlight of the Symposium will be presentations by Airbus
President & CEO Noel Forgeard and Boeing Commercial Airplanes
President & CEO Alan Mulally, who will discuss the future of their
companies and the civil aircraft market for the next 20 years.

The Aviation Week – Toulouse Symposium is a venue for sharing
ideas and learning among global industry leaders with an emphasis on
connecting European and North American aviation, aerospace and space
executives throughout their supply chains. The event will debut March
11-13, 2003 at the Pierre Baudis Congress Center in Toulouse.

and share ideas for major aircraft, aerospace and military programs.

Included in the Symposium will be an educational program to
attract student participation and inspire young people to pursue
aerospace and space careers. The program will be developed jointly by

initiative, TAM and Toulouse area universities.
