Starship Launch Possible in October, Though Environment Permit Questions Remain Open

The Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) acting administrator, Polly Trottenberg, this week addressed speculation that Starship/Super Heavy’s second launch would be conducted in September, with an announcement that the launch wouldn’t happen earlier than October. Also, a Texas government official told SpaceRef that SpaceX may need an environmental permit before it can do so.
