Space Act Agreement Timeline Reveals SpaceX Expects to Recover Starship in Second Half of 2024

A Space Act Agreement (SAA) between SpaceX and NASA to collaborate on commercial space activities said Elon Musk’s company expects to launch the first Starship with a payload on board in the first quarter of 2024 and to recover the vehicle for reuse by quarter three.
