FCC Streamlines Satellite Applications Processing, Allocates New Spectrum for Commercial Launches

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced new rules on September 22 designed to better serve the rapidly growing commercial space sector. The rules streamline the FCC’s satellite applications process and allocate additional radio spectrum to ensure commercial launch providers can communicate reliably with their rockets.
