Endangered Species Review Could Delay Starship Launch by Months

It could take months for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to issue a license for the second launch of SpaceX’s Starship/Super Heavy rocket due to the need to re-evaluate how the launch could impact endangered species that live near the company’s Starbase spaceport in south Texas, federal officials said this week.
