SpaceX’s Starship/Super Heavy Rocket has a “decent chance” of reaching orbit on its second test flight, company CEO Elon Musk said early this morning (October 5) in an hour-long update on all things SpaceX during the annual International Astronautical Congress (IAC) being held in Baku, Azerbaijan.
