Hoping to fuse the lessons learned from the creation of the now ubiquitous ARPANET 50 years ago, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) announced the finalists of a challenge in which it called for proposed strategies to rapidly develop a foundational concept for lunar habitation and development in a new 10-Year Lunar Architecture, or LunA-10, study.
