Meeting Overview
The LSIC 2023 Spring Meeting will focus on the United States, NASA, and Space Tech’s vision for a sustained presence on the lunar surface. Panels, discussions, and working sessions will include topics such as long-term use cases for infrastructure on the lunar surface, technology developments, and discussing a community white paper aimed to capture the community’s perspective on the infrastructure and technology developments needed to support transition from a mostly NASA-supported presence to industry or other public or private participants.

- Pam Melroy, NASA Deputy Administrator
- Stefanie Tompkins, Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)
- Matt Daniels, Assistant Director of the White House’s Office of Science and Technology Policy for Space Security and Special Projects
- Kurt “Spuds” Vogel, NASA Director of Space Architecture
- Moderated by Walter Engelund, Deputy Associate Administrator for Programs in the Space Technology Mission Directorate
