Description
NASA intends to issue a competitive solicitation seeking proposals from industry that will describe and lay out the framework for a comprehensive plan to develop and deploy an organizational culture change initiative within NASA, with an emphasis on safety culture and climate. We are looking for a systematic, integrated, NASA-wide approach to understanding prior and current safety climate and culture norms, diagnosing aspects of climate and culture that do not support the Agency’s effective adoption of changes identified by the Columbia Accident Investigation Board. The solicitation is expected to be released within the next week with proposals due in early January 2004.
