1. Announcements

* Failover testing on SOC machines during the DSN gap on
Tuesday from 1030-1330 UT.
* Voice loop outage on Wednesday, August 27 from 4 PM until
midnight EDT.
* Goddard BW Parkway Bridge will be closed from September 3, 2003 until
February 2004 for restoration.
2. Operations Constraints

* Commanding times for next week:
Monday - DSS-66 until 18:40 UT, then DSS-27
until 21:50 UT, then gap until we pick up
DSS-34 at 00:00 UT.
Tuesday - Gap until 14:15, then good commanding all day.
Wednesday - DSS-66 until 18:15 UT then DSS-27 until 02:05 UT.
Thursday - Downlink only 08:20-10:45 UT, then good commanding
the rest of the day.
Friday - Downlink only 11:10-13:50 UT, gap until 16:15 UT,
then good commanding the rest of the day.
Saturday - Good commanding all day.
Sunday - Downlink only 11:40-16:35 UT, then DSS-16 until
23:10 UT.

LASCO: C2/C3 synoptics, JOP159 Wednesday - Friday, Venus observations.
EIT: 195 CME watch and synoptics, JOP159 Wednesday - Friday. CME watch
will be at half resolution until the submode change.
MDI: Full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams. Doing a tuning reload on
