Description
This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Reduced Gravity Program which was posted on April 9, 2003. You are notified that the following changes are made: You are notified that the following answers are provided in response to questions received from potential sources:
1. Will the Government provide following items of Government Furnished Equipment: a. Electrical power inverters and rack mount b. Electrical interface panels associated with power distribution in cabin c. S-band antenna and associated power and interface system d. G-load and parabola count display panels e. Acceleration Monitoring and PI distribution system? The above listed equipment will not be provided as Government Furnished Equipment. The responders should therefore make provisions in their response to the RFI for acquiring this equipment from other sources.
2. Will the existing Zero-g office, conference room, and buildup area with associated utilities, and ramp area be provided as Government Furnished Property? The existing Zero-g office, conference room and buildup area with associated utilities and ramp area will continue to be used by the Government and therefore will not be available for contractor use. Other ramp space maybe found at Ellington Field for the Contractor’s uses.
The due date for responses is extended to May 29, 2003.
