This is a modification/update to the synopsis for the Space Mission Communications and Data Services (SMCDS, RFP-03-HAW-001) solicitation that was posted on March 7, 2003. You are notified that the following changes are made: 1. The Final RFP has been posted. Offerors are requested to read the RFP cover letter for additional informattion, including the response date for questions and the proposal due date. 2. Questions and Answers related to the Draft RFP have been posted. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
