ETHICS TRAINING MAKE-UP SESSIONS

– Wednesday, February 12, 2:30 p.m.

– Thursday, February 13, 9 a.m.

– Tuesday, February 18, 9 a.m.

– Friday, February 21, 9 a.m.

All sessions in the auditorium. (The back-up location for
February 13 is MIC 5-A; no back-up locations are scheduled for
the other sessions.) Ethics training is also offered online at
https://solar.msfc.nasa.gov (Sessions may be rescheduled when

IFM CORE FINANCIAL CUTOVER BRIEFING

– February 13, 1-3 p.m., auditorium.

– February 14, 10 a.m.-12 noon, auditorium.

All HQ staff is invited to attend an IFM Core Financial Cutover
briefing. Two sessions will be held to help our HQ staff
understand the various components of our cutover activities and
to talk to representatives of the Core Financial team. Sandra

EXCHANGE COUNCIL LOBBY EVENTS CANCELLED

February 10-14. Vendors will not be in the west lobby this week
and possibly longer. They will return as soon as possible. Karen

SPEND AND WIN FOR VALENTINE’S DAY

Thursday, February 13 – deadline. Exchange Store. Enter the
Valentine’s Day drawing and win the bear and permanent flower
display. For every $10 spent in the store, another ticket goes
into the drawing which is scheduled Thursday, February 13, 1 p.m,
in the Exchange Store, 358-0162.


SECRETARIAL/CLERICAL AWARDS

Friday, February 14 – nomination deadline. Employees classified
as secretaries, clerks, assistants, or technicians are eligible.

VOLUNTEER DURING NATIONAL ENGINEERS WEEK

Encourage students to consider careers in engineering, science,
math, and technology. Teach a class in a Washington, DC,
Maryland, or Virginia high school, middle school, or elementary
school during National Engineers Week (February 16-22) or any
time during the month of February. To be matched up with a

VOLUNTEERS FOR WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH
