ESA TV Service transmissions in week 21-25 January
ESA TV Service transmissions in week 21-25 January 2003 focus on Space Shuttle Mission currently in orbit, and on Earth observation.
The daily NASA-TV STS-107 flight highlights (B-roll packages of 20 minutes each) are rebroadcast on workdays in the early morning, in time for breakfast news programmes. Attention: the satellite details currently posted on the ESA TV Website are TBD. Please check before your downlink.
“Space and Sustainability” looks at the Johannesburg summit in August 2002 which formulated recommendations on the use of space technology for sustainable development. Transmissions are on 21 and 25 January.
“Earth Views – the Global Eye” features spectacular images of the Earth taken during Shuttle missions and by optical satellites. It includes newly released Envisat images. Transmissions are on 24 and 25 January.
