Description
NASA-ARC plans to issue a Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) for proposals for a cooperative agreement for the menagement of a small business incubator. NASA-ARC solicits proposals from U. S. state or local government, any U. S. university, or non-profit entity, or teaming of any combination thereof.
The anticipated release date of the CAN-ARC-38097 will be close of business October 3, 2002 with an anticipated offer due date of November 18, 2002. An ombudsman has been appointed – If resolution cannot be made by the research grant specialist, interested parties may contact the installation ombudsman, Thomas J.
