The Terra spacecraft is in nominal mode. All instruments are functioning
well in Science Mode.

In order to perform the 1-week demo with two MODIS data dumps per orbit in
support of NPP, the primary Playback Automation command procedure required
modification that is to be completed on May 23. Testing will be required
before initiating use in the 1-week demo.

Some or all of the days for the 1-week test will overlap the space shuttle
STS-111 mission. This presents a challenging scenario for getting the
required Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSS) time, and may
impact the ability of Terra to obtain two MODIS dumps per orbit for some
time periods.

No specific date has been set for rescheduling the 6th Inclination Adjust
Maneuver for Terra. Given the constraints on the EOS Operations Center
(EOC) as a result of the Aqua launch, no date will be selected until Aqua
transitions to nominal operations.

The next Drag Make-Up and MODIS Calibration Roll Maneuvers are scheduled
for early June 2002.
