* HESSI target for today is AR 9885-6-7, tomorrow’s target is AR 9885

* No commanding on Thursday 4 April from 21:15 to 21:45 UT
(there will be a 5 second dropout due to maintenance work at JPL).

* Visitors will come to the EOF on Tuesday 2 April at 11am

* Solar science seminar on Longitudinal Oscillations in
Coronal Loops by Jack Ireland on Wednesday 3 April at
3:30pm in the EAF, room G-10

* Submode change on Friday 5 April at 16:30 UT

INSTRUMENT STATUS

CDS: Nominal. Flare campaign today on AR 9885 and again
tomorrow, likely on the same target.

UVCS: Nominal. CME watch on the west limb and long synoptic
today. Tomorrow – 24 hour synoptic.

LASCO: Nominal. High cadence C2/C3 with color sequences during
the EIT bakeout.

EIT: Nominal. Bakeout ends tomorrow at 10 UT with post bakeout
cals beginning at 16 UT. EIT will resume its CME watch
program sometime after 19 UT tomorrow.

MDI: Nominal. Full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams for
continuous contact.

TRACE: Nominal. Happy Birthday! Observing AR9878 today and
probably tomorrow.
