* Solar science seminar Wed Feb 20, 2002 at 3:30 PM in Bldg 26.
Yuan-Kuen Ko (SAO) on “SOHO/UVCS And Yohkoh/SXT Observation of a
High Temperature Corona Above an Active Region Complex”.

* CMS testing on Friday at 11am during the D/L only station.

* SPWG Friday at 2pm in the EAF

* The next SSR dump will be Sunday

SVM: Nominal, Corrective Actions for Therm Mon, TR Therm Mon, and
EXP LCL disabled

CTOF Recovery in progress

Spacecraft Anomalies: None

Accomplished Activities: RSL, VIRGO, SWAN, CELIAS (CTOF Recovery),
New Tracking Star (6.7)

Planned Activities: VIRGO, CELIAS (STOF, and CTOF Recovery)

Upcoming Operations: None

Ground Anomalies:
050/0335 1 minute TM dropout. D46. TGC channel 2 interfered
with TGC channel 1. Nonrecoverable.
050/0759 Spurious lock on RCVR2 during a ranging pass. D46. Again at
0812. No impacts.
050/1835 20 minutes late AOS. D27. Antenna drive failure. 25 minutes
commanding lost. TM recoverable.
050/1919 6.6 hours degraded TM. D27. Reason unkown. Recoverable from CDR.
051/0131 16 minutes late AOS. Receiver red due to s/w problem. D34.
27 minute commanding delay. TM received from D27.
051/0839 1.75 hours of no voice with D66. Used black phone for operations.

INSTRUMENT STATUS

CDS: Nominal. Flat Field calibration, JOP152, pointing just below AR 9830.
Tomorrow – JOP152 on AR 9825.

UVCS: Nominal. Flat field calibration and long synoptic today. Tomorrow –
star observations after 17 UT when NRT is available, then synoptics.

LASCO: Nominal. C2/C3 synoptics.

EIT: Nominal. 195 Angstrom CME watch and synoptics, supporting JOP152.

MDI: Nominal. Full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams for continuous
contact.

TRACE: Nominal. Yesterday TRACE switched to 195A observing mode. Today –
Observing AR 9830 for coordination w/ HESSI flarewatch and JOP152.
Tomorrow TRACE will support JOP152 pointing at AR 9825.
