1. Announcements
—————-
* Students in EOF around 17:45 UT

* Film crew in EOF on Tuesday

* A momentum management and station keeping maneuver is planned for
Tuesday, to increase the chances of getting MDI’s 60-day
continuous fulfilled. The change in plans were caused by a slip
of the TDRS launch. The current timeline for instrument safing and
recovery, as well as the maneuver itself, is available at:

http://soho.nascom.nasa.gov/soc/timeline_jan2002

Station 16 will be tested in regular operations by another spacecraft
on Saturday evening, and on one pass with SOHO on Sunday, so we will
know for certain that it’s working by Monday morning. If D16 is not
actually ready, the maneuver may still be performed, depending on
what the final DSN schedule will look like.

If TDRS launches after March 17, the next maneuver will most
likely be some time in early May. If they launch between March 8
(earliest possible time) and March 17, we will need another maneuver
during the two weeks following the launch, to have another attempt at
60 days of continuous.

2. Operations Constraints
————————-
* DSN Contact: Commanding on DSS-27 Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and
and Sunday. On Friday, commanding late on DSS-46
because of two downlink only stations.
