Terra Weekly Mission Status Update 23 – 29 November 2001

Plans for the Terra Deep Space Calibration Maneuver was successfully presented to Code 100 on November 29. The next step is to present the plans for this maneuver to Code Y.

Terra instrument operations during the past week have been nominal. There was one reoccurrence of the S -band Transponder time-out problem that has been identified as a design feature of the transponder.

The Command Authorization meeting for the upload of a software patch to resolve a known flight software problem is planned for December 4.

Planning and simulations are underway for an inclination burn on December 13.
