This weeks ESA TV Footage programme consists of a re-transmission of the SOlar Car VNR and this weeks Exchange Transmission on Proba.

This programme features a revolutionary concept car moulded from space plastics is on its way from the Netherlands to the World Solar Challenge, a race for solar-powered vehicles across Australia, taking place in November.

This programme presents PROBA, one of the tiniest ESA spacecraft ever built which is paving the way for future satellites of global proportions. The PROBA launch is currently scheduled for 18 October 2001.
