IA.  Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from  11/2100Z
to 12/2100Z:  Solar activity was very low. The largest event during
the period was an optically uncorrelated B9.7 flare at 12/0255 UTC.
One new region was numbered: 9539 (S19E26).
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to remain
at very low to low levels.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 11/2100Z to 12/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was at quiet to unsettled levels.
IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  The geomagnetic field is
expected to continue to be at quiet to unsettled levels.
