IA.  Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from  27/2100Z
to 28/2100Z:  Solar activity was low.  The largest event was a C2/Sf
from Region 9512 (S22W68) at 27/2250 UTC.  Regions 9521 (S06E48) and
9522 (S08E66) were numbered today.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be low.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 27/2100Z to 28/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was quiet.
IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  The geomagnetic field is
expected to be predominantly quiet with occasional unsettled periods
possible.
