On July 1 the Australia Space Agency Officially Began Operations

On July 1st the Australia Space Agency officially started operations.
What most people don’t know is that Australia used to have a national space agency until it was disbanded in the late 90’s for economic and political reasons. Now it’s back because of economic and political reasons

It’s an important milestone for the country as they look to space to help drive economic growth with an eye to tripling their share of the global space market by 2030.
