TARGET KSC LAUNCH DATE/TIME: Apr. 19, 2001 at 2:41 p.m. EDT

MISSION DURATION: 10 days, 18 hours and 54 minutes

ORBITAL INSERTION ALTITUDE and INCLINATION: 173 nautical miles/51.6 degrees

Shuttle Processing Note: Space Shuttle Endeavour arrived at Launch Pad 39A
last Thursday afternoon and the prelaunch processing continues on schedule.
Launch pad validations concluded Friday and Shuttle main engine flight
readiness testing occurred Monday. The Shuttle’s helium signature leak test
concluded yesterday.

The STS-100 flight crew arrived at KSC yesterday at about 12:30 p.m. to
participate in Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test activities. The
exercise concludes tomorrow with a dress rehearsal and simulated emergency
egress from Shuttle Endeavour’s crew module. Loading of the orbiter’s
onboard propellant storage tanks begins April 2 and replacement of Shuttle
mass memory unit No. 2 occurs April 5.

ORBITAL INSERTION ALTITUDE and INCLINATION: 122 nautical miles/51.6 degrees

Shuttle Processing Note: Functional testing of Atlantis’ orbital
maneuvering system is complete. Leak and functional tests of the orbiter’s
main propulsion system are complete.
Servicing of Freon coolant loop No. 2 begins Friday and evaluation of loop
No. 1 is in work. Testing of Atlantis’ power reactant storage and
distribution system is scheduled this week.

MISSION: STS-105 – 11th ISS Flight (7A.1) – Leonardo MPLM

VEHICLE: Discovery/OV-103

LOCATION: OPF bay 2

NOTE: The STS-102 payload has been removed from Discovery’s payload bay.
The forward reaction control system has successfully undergone functional
testing. Main engine heat shield removal is in work today and engine
removal begins Friday.

MISSION: STS-109 – HST Servicing Mission 3B

VEHICLE: Columbia/OV-102

LOCATION: OPF bay 1

TARGET KSC LAUNCH DATE/TIME: Nov. 19 under review

TARGET KSC LANDING DATE/TIME: Nov. 30 under review

MISSION DURATION: TBD

CREW: Altman, Carey, Grunsfeld, Currie, Newman, Linnehan, Massimino

ORBITAL INSERTION ALTITUDE and INCLINATION: 308 nautical miles/28.5 degrees

Shuttle Processing Note: Columbia’s simulated orbital maneuvering system
pods were removed from the orbiter’s aft end last week. Inspections of the
orbiter’s main landing gear avionics bays are in work.
