Appendix J, Section J.5.2, Review and Selection Process, paragraph 2, shall now read:
All eligible proposals will be evaluated through a panel review process. The panelists will present final recommendations to the NASA Selection Official.
(Note: the following text is deleted:
“Proposals will be evaluated through a two-phased process to include an evaluation completed by reviewers and panelists. The first phase of the evaluation will be conducted by reviewers online, with the highest rated proposals moving forward to panel review.”)
