NASA’s Human Research Program (HRP) released Appendix E and Appendix F of the Human Exploration Research Opportunities (HERO) NRA on March 31, 2021. The Pre-Proposers Conference offers the opportunity for NASA to provide potential proposers with information, or emphasize existing information, that may benefit proposers. The Pre-Proposers Conference also offers proposers the opportunity to pose questions and receive answers and request clarifications.
