Our highest priority at the ISS National Laboratory is the health and well-being of our team, their families, and our society in general. No doubt the same is true for your organization. As such, we are adhering to the health and safety guidelines as recommended by the CDC, as well as other relevant agencies and authorities.
Effective March 20, 2020, we elevated the COVID-19 response level at the ISS National Lab, enacting a mandatory telework policy for our team. Over the last few weeks, we stepped up our preparation for this response level, and we are confident that we have the ability to sustain our normal business operating procedures, continuing our operations with no gaps in service.
We have instructed our users, grantees, supply-chain partners, and other stakeholders to continue to interact with their normal points of contact here at the ISS National Lab, and also continue to submit reports, invoices, deliverables, etc. in accordance with their agreements and nominal processes. We will remain under telework conditions until April 10, at which time we will reassess the COVID-19 situation and the recommendations of the CDC as well as our national leadership.
As we endeavor to navigate this very dynamic situation, we will provide status updates as necessary. For now, let’s all do the best that we can to remain safe and healthy. Let’s also make an effort to remain connected to one another through this challenging time.
All the best and trying to be Mark Watney.
