Everything is progressing toward the ULA Delta II launch carrying the JPSS-1 mission for NASA and NOAA. The mission is set to lift off on a Delta II rocket on Saturday, Nov. 18 from Space Launch Complex-2 at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
