NASA: Status of Space Radiobiology Appendix

Dear Colleague:

Thank you for your continued interest in the NASA Human Research Program (HRP) and the Space Radiation Program Element. With competing priorities within the Human Exploration and Operations Mission Directorate, the Program’s obligation authority was reduced in FY16. Given our budget realities, the Space Radiation Element is not releasing a dedicated Space Radiobiology Appendix under the current Human Exploration Research Opportunities (HERO) 2015 solicitation. We are considering limited topics for inclusion in the larger HERO release in July 2016 with appendices in September 2016 and March 2017.
