NASA Spaceline Current Awareness List #604 27 June 2014
Thank you to all who completed the Current Awareness Survey; we appreciate your input. We have analyzed the results and, in response to suggestions, are adding two new features to the NASA section of the lists: Journal Impact Factor numbers and Funding information.
The Journal Impact Factor is a measure of the frequency with which the “average article” in a journal has been cited in a particular year or period. It is often used as an indication of the importance of the journal. For more information, go to http://wokinfo.com/essays/impact-factor/.
Funding information will be copied verbatim from the acknowledgements section of the article.
