ULA Delta IV WGS-6 Launch Set for Aug. 7, 8:29 p.m. EDT
Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla. (Aug. 7, 2013) – A United Launch Alliance Delta IV stands ready for launch at Space Launch Complex-37 with the Air Force’s Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS-6) payload. Launch is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 8:29 p.m. EDT. Wideband Global SATCOM provides anytime, anywhere communication for the warfighter through broadcast, multicast and point to point connections.
