SATOPS Morning Report: Monday, August 13, 2012

Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
On August 12th the DMSP/ SSMI (Special Sensor Microwave/Image) F-15 Rev 65478, F-17 Rev 29783 and F-18 Rev 14533, the reason for the loss is unknown.

On August 11, 2012 the GINI West stopped updating during a GOES-West RSO. The following images were lost: 0500, 0510 and 0515. The West remapper was stopped and restarted with data resuming at 0530 UTC.

On August 12, 2012 at 1449z, ESPC stopped receiving the OMI data due to a server problem at NASA.
